All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 30 business days from delivery date will not be refunded.

We will issue a refund/replacement once we receive the item, granted that it is in saleable condition.



if the item is opened we will issue a full refund less 25% restocking fee.



All individual sample vials and discovery kits are nonrefundable and final sale.





Please note that the item must be in unused, and sell-able condition and all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued. Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are nonrefundable. We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.
